So in my opinion, the Emma anime is better then the manga, cept for the fact that the 12 epsiode anime more or less ends at volume two; when they're up to 5 now. I'm only hoping that they'll countinue on with a pseudo-second season thing, so you can see the anime version.
It was nice, cause after the Mermaids Forest TV debackle (sp?) I needed a good manga to anime thing to read.
